Is HairHabit Safe?

Not only are HairHabit products suitable for most people, but they go through rigorous testing to ensure they are free from harmful ingredients / fillers, and safe for scalp skin.

Where Is HairHabit Manufactured?

HairHabit is manufactured in South Korea in a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) certified facility. GMP are a set of guidelines outlining a system of manufacturing processes and procedures which gives you the assurance that HairHabit is produced in a sterile environment and that it contains exactly what is written on the label.

The facility where HairHabit is produced has been in business for decades and is committed to meeting the ISO 9001:2008, NPA/NSF GMP, CCOF & QAI Organic and INFANCA Halal standards that are consistent with FDA and international cGMP regulatory requirements. Our facilities are registered with the FDA, and inspected by the Department of Agriculture. We source the cleanest available ingredients and verify this by ensuring that they’re tested for proper identification, purity, and for the presence of heavy metals, pesticides, and other chemicals. Testing of the final product for microbiological safety occurs before being packaged with every lot.

After I See Results, Should I Continue Using HairHabit?

Yes! Seeing results is a positive thing, but a lot of the ingredients in HairHabit need to be taken consistently to keep showing you those results. How Long Does One Bottle Last?

This is a bit different for everyone. One bottle typically lasts 1-2 months. If you’re applying it to the entire scalp, it will last closer to 1 month. When using the serum just in specific areas of concern, the bottle will last an average of 2 months.

Can The Serum Be Used For Other Parts Of the Body?

No, our hair serum is formulated to be used on the scalp specifically. It has not been tested for safety or efficacy on other parts of the body and should not be used in those areas. The most important step you can take for healthy hair in other parts of the body (ex: eyebrows, lashes) is to take our daily supplements to improve them from within.

When Is the Best Time To Apply Miracle Serum?

Our scalp serum should be applied once a day, every day, directly to the scalp. Since you’re focusing application on the scalp, it can be used when hair is dry or when hair is damp and towel-dried after a shower.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We currently offer domestic shipping from our warehouse in Singapore.

If you are located outside of Singapore, please reach out to us and we will see what we can do. Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping fees (including any taxes / duties).

How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?

All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days, and sent for shipping. Depending on the shipping carrier, it should generally take an additional 3-5 days for your order to arrive at your doorstep.

International orders normally arrive within 2-4 weeks of shipping.

Please note that these orders need to pass through the customs office in your country before it will be released for final delivery, which can occasionally cause additional delays.

Once an order leaves our warehouse, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We, unfortunately, can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse.

Contacting the carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.

Can I Make Changes After An Order Has Been Placed?

If a mistake has been made with your order information, please contact us immediately so we can help fix it.

What Is Your Return Policy?

If you change your mind, you can return new and unopened products and get a full refund of the price you paid for the item or exchange up to 15 days from receipt of delivery. Proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt, is required for all returns.

Please note that this does not apply to any free gifts you may have received as part of a promotion.

All items must not be damaged and packaging must be unopened and seals intact. Please note that you will need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take an several business days for the refund to appear in your account.

These conditions apply only to change of mind returns and do not apply to items that are returned because they are faulty.

What If My Product Was Damaged During Delivery?

Don’t stress! Just send an email to care@hairhabit.co letting us know what’s up— to speed up the process also send a photo of the product as well.

Please note that it is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear!

To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials, and the damaged merchandise for inspection by the carrier if your product does arrive damaged.
